Anthem Rollout Brings First Victory For Multan Sultans

Pakistan Super League (PSL) team Multan Sultans released their official anthem titled ‘Tak Meday Sohna- SultanAaGayya’ that became fortunate for the team in securing their first victory.

So far, the team has played against Islamabad United, Peshawar Zalmi, and Lahore Qalandars.

Even after one week since the start of the sixth season of PSL, the release of the anthems of the teams is still going on.

Previously, the official anthem of Quetta Gladiators titled “Is Baar Aar Ya Paar” featured Pakistani celebrities including Maya Ali, Bilal Ashraf, Ramis, and Faizan Najeeb.

Moreover, Singer Fareed Khan did the job for Lahore Qalandars with his song titled ‘Dil Se Qalandar’.

The official anthem of Peshawar Zalmi was sung by Abdullah Siddiqui ft Alltamash titled ‘Kingdom’ featuring Esra Bilgic, Mahira Khan, Hania Amir, and Ali Rehman.

Pakistani singer-songwriter, Qurat-ul-Ain Balouch and Soch – The Band have evoked the magic of sound in the song ‘Tak Meday Sohna’ for the team Multan Sultans.

Multan Sultans defeated Lahore Qalandars by 7 wickets with 22 balls remaining. The Qalandars set a target of 158 for victory, which the Sultans achieved in 16 overs.

Prominent innings for Sultans were played by team captains Mohammad Rizwan and Sohaib Maqsood. Rizwan scored 76 off 49 balls with the help of 12 fours.

However, Sultans have played only three matches in PSL so far, out of which the team was able to secure the first victory in only one match soon after the anthem named ‘Tak Meday Sohna’ was propelled.
