Maryam Nawaz’s Sickness Calls into Question a Replay

PML-N Vice President has suspended political activities for a week and is on complete rest after she was diagnosed with Thyroid problem

PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz’s illness has called into question many things for the government as rumors are that she is seeking to fly to London on the pretext of sickness like her father Nawaz Sharif.

PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz has suspended political activities for a week and is on complete rest after she was diagnosed with Thyroid problem.

Her family doctor, Dr Adnan, traveled from London to Pakistan to treat PML-N vice president.

Maryam Nawaz’s illness after Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) lost steam has raised doubts for the government.

In November 2019, convicted Nawaz Sharif was temporarily released on bail owing to his health condition so that he could travel and seek medical treatment in London. However, he is at large since then.

Special Assistant to Prime Minister of Pakistan on Political Communication Dr Shahbaz Gill said on Twitter that Maryam Nawaz was in a silent mood once again.

He asserted new diplomatic efforts were underway by PML-N leader sh that she could leave the country on the pretext of illness.

Shahbaz vowed that she would not get NRO until she returns all looted wealth.

To dispel the impressions, Maryam Nawaz took to her Twitter account to clear the air.

She said trembling and shivering government become hopeful as she fell sick for few days.

Maryam Nawaz reiterated that she was not going anywhere until she sent the incumbent government home and would continue her treatment in Pakistan.
