Tariq Jamil Prefers Brand Launch Amid Pandemic
MTJ invitation card includes a complete sequence of activities, and formal dress code has been preferred

Pakistan has entered the third stage of the covid-19 pandemic and the authorities are concerned about the rising mortality rate but surprisingly, some renowned celebrities including Maulana Tariq Jamil are still organizing events in an open disregard to SOPs.
A couple of events occurred where people from the entertainment industry arranged grand get-togethers and celebrated without the fear of the virus.
Previously, renowned Islamic Scholar Maulana Tariq Jamil had announced to introduce a new retail clothing brand for men which has now officially sent invites for the launch event of MTJ that will be held on April 3 at Mohatta Palace Museum in Karachi.
Journalist Alina Shigri posted the photos of the invitation card.

The invitation lists a complete sequence of activities, strict precautionary guidelines and a formal dress code.

Despite mention of precautionary measures, Alina highlighted the worsening pandemic situation in the country and opposed the religious scholar for arranging a large-scale event.
I have immense respect for Maulana Tariq Jamil & am not raising an objection against him launching his brand, but, arranging a large scale event in a country where covid cases have surged, hospitals are running out of beds, not worth risking the lives of others! https://t.co/ky9YdqgHGX
