‘Saeed Ghani Made Untrue Promises With Mehmoodabad”

Mehmoodabad, the constituency of Sindh Provincial Minister for Labor and Human Resources Saeed Ghani, is in a pleading situation with sights of heaps of garbage, pothole-ridden roads, and a dilapidated sewerage system.

The constituency that voted for the minister is in a run-down state with decrepit roads for the residents. The sewerage system is in a dire need of reconstruction while heaps of garbage create a hassle for the passers-by in movement.

News360 correspondent surveyed the area and filmed views of the residents of Mehmoodabad.

“Roads were constructed multiple times but now in a dilapidated condition due to rainfalls”, a resident told.

The area of Chanesar Goth and adjoining neighborhoods of Mehmoodabad have been in a need of proper look-after by the government as the tumble-downed roads are causing inconvenience for the residents.

“The area is like this for decades and causing difficulties for the people, there is nothing we can do”, a resident told News360.

The potholes in the area are filled with sewerage water which causes difficulties for the locals to reach the mosque and perform prayers.

The irked inhabitants of Mehmoodabad beseeched Saeed Ghani to look into the matter as early as possible.

“Saeed Ghani used to visit the locality and made untrue promises to get votes from us”, a disgruntled local asserted.

“Now, the condition of roads is as clear as day but the government is acting deaf and mute towards it”, he added.
