Pakistani Artists Shower Solidarity to Indians With A.R Rehman Songs

In the difficult times when Indians are battling through the second wave of coronavirus pandemic, several Pakistani celebrities and artists are sending solidarity messages to the neighboring country to stay strong and positive. 

#PakistanStandsWithIndia trended on Twitter when the situation in India started to get worse and record-breaking cases of the covid-19 pandemic were reported on daily basis.

A video is making rounds on social media in which two Pakistani artists Zeeshan Ali and Nauman Ali are singing a heartfelt rendition of AR Rahman’s ‘Arziyan’ with their friends in a bid to send a solidarity message to Indians.

A group of boys performed on the beat of Arziyan as they sang in their melodious voice using a guitar, a harmonium, and a tumbadora.

The boys took to their social media handle to share the clip and captioned it promoting ‘love’ and ‘peace’.

One of the singers Nauman wrote, “Art and humanism has no borders. Respect and gratitude are always here in our hearts, love, and affinity”.
