Morning Show Host Ovais Mangalwala Incites Violence
Ovais Mangalwala wrote on his Twitter that corrupt people should be freed from life instead of being released from jails
Hum News breakfast show host Ovais Mangalwala has started instigating violence against corrupt people.
Taking to his Twitter account, he suggested a method to make Pakistan corruption free.
The host wrote, “Corrupt people should be freed from life instead of being released from jails !!”

He maintained that it was the only way to cleanse Pakistan from corrupt people. He used a hashtag that translates ‘why corrupt people are free’.

Not realizing his actual job of sensitizing followers on different issues, Ovais Mangalwala just put the horse before the cart and instigated violence.
Mangalwala published his tweet at an hour when Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis Zulfi Bukhari resigned after his alleged involvement in Rawalpindi Ring Road (RRR) project scam.
Meanwhile, Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) President and Opposition Leader in National Assembly (NA) Shahbaz Sharif had also attempted to go abroad for a medical check-up after getting released from Kot Lakhpat jail in a money laundering case.
Mangalwala’s didn’t exactly refer to a specific person but the rash tweet from a journalist violated professional values.
