Pakistan will observe Palestine Solidarity Day on May 21 against Israel's attacks

Pakistan stands tall as a large number of artists gathered to protest under ‘Free Palestine’ slogan at Karachi Press Club (KPC) and raised their voices against bloodshed.

Pakistani celebrities and civil society integrated on social media after tensions between Israel and Palestine escalated as a result of which thousands of innocent people were killed by Israeli forces.

The protesters were holding pro-Palestine placards, chanted slogans and demanded Israel to stop attacking innocent people.

Amid some hard-hitting banners raised in the assembly, someone came up with an interesting placard for the victims in Palestine.

The celebrities including Mahira Khan, Sheheryar Munawar, Anoushay Ashraf, Ayesha Omar, Amna Ilyas, Nadia Hussain, Fareeha Altaf, Madiha Naqvi, Hajra Yamin, and others were spotted at the demonstration.

Also taking to their social media handles, the celebrities called upon the international community to intervene in the matter.

Singer Haroon Shahid painted the Palestine flag on his son’s face and posted his photo as a symbol of support with Palestinians.

Moreover, Peshawar’s leading newspaper Mashriq incorporated the Palestinian flag in its logo while sympathizing against the Israeli atrocities.
