In an outré incident that took place in Larkana, Sindh, a female surgeon while performing surgery fainted due to malfunctioning of the operation theater’s air conditioner (AC).
The incident occurred as an indoor cooling unit of the theater was inoperative despite several complaints to the management.
The female surgeon Dr Lachmi fainted due to suffocation inside the room while her colleagues filmed the scene.

The video went viral and the medical practitioner’s condition was discernible in it.
The other on-duty doctors could also be heard discussing the matter of dysfunctional air conditioner.
On the other hand, the paramedics gathered around the female doctor and could be seen trying their best to bring her condition back to normal.
This is one of the many incidents that depicts a lack of facilities in the hospitals of Sindh.
