Women’s Rights Activists Prefer Staying Zipped in Shiffa Yousafzai’s Case

Subah Say Agay host Shiffa Yousafzai is still seeking encouragement from women’s rights activists for standing against a male journalist involved in her character assassination.
Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) will resume investigation of harassment charges against freelance journalist Asad Toor on the application of Hum News Morning Show host Shiffa Yousafzai.
Islamabad High Court (IHC) directed FIA Cybercrime Wing to reinitiate an inquiry against Asad Toor while an inquiry report has been sought until June 30.

The morning show host also spoke to media outside IHC and said she was fighting a case for the women who go out for work and face continuous abuse.

The journalist had uploaded videos on his YouTube channel against the morning show host and questioned her credibility.
Ever since Shiffa has taken up the case against Asad Toor, she has not received adequate support from the women’s rights activists and they have apparently buttoned lips for speaking in her support.
Those siding with the morning show host in the matter are also wondering why she isn’t getting the same aid as Meesha Shafi.
