Ahad & Sajal Team Up For Cross-Border Love Story
Following Asim Abbasi’s thriller series, and Umera Ahmed's comedy-drama, Dhoop Ki Deewar will be Zindagi original's third project
After working back to back in three blockbuster drama scripts, Pakistani star couple Ahad Raza Mir and Sajal Aly are coming together in the much-awaited cross-border love story Dhoop Ki Deewar.
The web series is directed by Haseeb Hassan and written by Pakistani screenwriter Umera Ahmed, who has authored some of the remarkable scripts including Zindagi Gulzar Hai, Shehr-e-Zaat, Maat, and etc.
The cross-border love story revolves around Vishal from India played by Ahad Raza and Sara from Pakistan played by Sajal Aly, who became friends as their lives are interconnected after they both lost their fathers in the war.

Earlier, Ehd-e-Wafa actor Ahad posted a 40 seconds video where he narrated a little chunk from the script and asked fans to guess whether he would be a Pakistani or an Indian using the # HeartOverHate #OnTheOtherSide.

Other than Ahad and Sajal, Savera Nadeem, Samina Ahmed, Aly Khan, and Manzar Sehbai are among the star cast of Dhoop Ki Deewar.
The cross-border web series will be premiered on ZEE5, an Indian on-demand Internet streaming media, on June 25.
Following Asim Abbasi’s hit thriller series Churails and Umera Ahmed’s comedy-drama Ek Jhoothi Love Story, Zindagi’s original will air its third project Dhoop Ki Deewar.
Previously, Ahad Raza Mir and Sajal Aly had appeared in three projects including Yaqeen Ka Safar, Aangan, Yeh Dil Mera, and luckily all of them have been highly admired by the viewers.
