A heart-wrenching incident surfaced in Karachi when a daughter-in-law (DIL) smacked her mother-in-law (MIL) for a petty reason but the elderly woman refused to register a complaint against her son’s wife.
A video surfaced on social media of a family residing in Federal-B Area of Karachi that showed a young lady hitting her MIL and yelling badly at her.
Bickering between all-time rivals, MILs and DILs, is not a rare phenomenon, however, smacking an elderly woman was a few and far between the incident that occurred in Karachi.

Once the video went viral on social media, police tracked the victim’s address, but she refused to file a complaint against the assaulter.
The police shared details that the quarrel started when the elderly lady admonished her granddaughter which infuriated the daughter-in-law and she started hitting and verbally abusing her mother-in-law.
Additionally, the official also informed that the video was recorded by the assaulter’s niece who was present on the spot.
Earlier, in the Clifton area of Karachi, a woman was caught torturing her mother-in-law and was arrested by the police after the video went viral.
