Toyota Record Sales Linked With Improved Economy
The soaring sales of automobiles also pushed up petrol consumption and some 0.81 million tons of it was consumed in July
Toyota has achieved the highest sales volume in July as it sold 6,775 units in the month that the government deems as the upswing of the economy. The company termed it the highest-monthly since its inception in 1993.
Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on Political Communication Shahbaz Gill took to his Twitter account and shared the Facebook post of Toyota Pakistan.

He boasted that the high sales volume of vehicles as the improvement in the economy.

SAPM also said that record motorbikes have been sold in Pakistan this year and the country has become the fourth-largest manufacturer of bikes in the world.
Meanwhile, the soaring sales of automobiles also pushed up petrol consumption and some 0.81 million tons of it was consumed in July.
The figure was 12.5% up from July of the previous year and 4% more than the preceding month.
