Her car met an accident in Dadu district in Sindh when she was on her way back home after attending the hearing of the case.

Dadu police said that the reports of the attack on Rubab were baseless and her convoy had reached its destination all safe.

She took to her Twitter and called on all the social activists and NGOs to support her cause as she has been facing harassment for the past few days.

“Be my voice before I die too”, she wrote while hinting at other female victims in Pakistan.

The tweet received several replies from social media users who supported the courageous woman and her fight for justice.

Most of the users expressed that in Pakistan, the torch bearers of women’s rights only support the cases of their choice.

Not only this, several netizens were of the view that the social activists become vocal for the victims when the cruelty is executed.

The users also alleged that so-called human rights activists only carry banners to protest cases that receive more media coverage like Noor Mukadam.
