Only politics being done over Nisar’s alleged audio clip despite passage of 24 hours
Neither Supreme Court took notice of the clip of former chief justice Saqib Nisar nor the PML-N moved the court.
Over 24 hours on but neither the Supreme Court took notice of the alleged leaked audio clip of former chief justice Saqib Nisar nor the PML-N moved the court.
PML-N leaders including Shehbaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz and pro-PML-N journalists urged the court to take notice of the audio clip, but the apex court did not take notice of the leaked audio statement. However, the party itself also seems hesitant to move the court on this serious issue.
Despite passage of over 24 hours, only politics is being done over the audio clip issue.

Earlier, the alleged audio of former chief justice Saqib Nisar was released by Ahmed Noorani, a journalist associated with “Fact Focus”.
However, former chief justice of Supreme Court of Pakistan Saqib Nisar had denied the audio clip describing it as a fake.
While talking to the media, the former chief justice said that the audio clip attributed to him is absolutely fake. He said he heard the audio clip too.
When the anchor of a private TV channel asked Saqib Nisar if you would take any action against this audio clip, he said: “I am thinking what legal action could be taken.”
