KARACHI: A four-year-old boy was allegedly subjected to sexual harassment by two men at a private school in Karachi’s Gulistan-e-Johar area.
Two employees of a private education centre, Roots Millennium School, had allegedly harassed a minor boy, 4, on Tuesday.
Following a complaint, police had immediately registered a First Information Report (FIR) under sections 511/377 and arrested two accused.
The case was lodged at Gulistan-e-Johar police station. However, it is unclear about the accused whether they are teaching or non-teaching workers at the Roots Millennium School.

The father of the victim child, Naveed told the media that the school administration was not cooperating with him to investigate the heinous crime.
The two accused have been handed over to police on a remand for two days by the local court, said the investigation officer (IO) Tahir.
The directorate of private institutions of the Sindh Education Department also took notice of the incident.

Mansoob Siddiqui said that an inspection team will pay a visit on Wednesday (today) to hold meetings with the parents and the school administration.
The DG Private Schools said that actions will be taken in light of the report of the inspection team.
Earlier in November last year, the officials of the Sindh Health Department had found CCTV cameras installed in the women’s washroom of The Haracks School in Karachi’s Safoor Goth Scheme 33.
The discovery of hidden cameras had led to a thorough probe into the incident, whereas, the school administration had stated in his reply to the authorities that the sole purpose of installing the cameras was security and vigilance of the students.
