Showbiz industry shows solidarity with Imran Khan

A large number of showbiz celebrities have come out in support of him and continue to show solidarity with the ousted premier and his political party, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).

After the success of the no-confidence motion against former prime minister Imran Khan, a large number of showbiz celebrities have come out in support of him and continue to show solidarity with the ousted premier and his political party, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).

The no-confidence motion of the united opposition against Imran Khan was succeeded by 174 votes after a dramatic vote on April 10 midnight.

Actor Haroon Shahid is a strong supporter of PTI and he also took part in the protest on the call of Imran Khan at Karachi’s Gulistan-e-Johar.

He wrote on Twitter, “Time to take the action to the streets in a peaceful manner. Bohat batain karleen social media parr. Heading to the Karachi protest with family.”

Actor Shaan Shahid said that the nation is backing the righteous Imran Khan.

Mahira Khan said, “No, it doesn’t mean any government was/is perfect. Yes, it does mean that we, the people of Pakistan, don’t want history repeating itself again! Pakistan Zindabad. Pakistan Paaindabad”

Bilal Ashraf wrote, “UNITED WE STAND for a better future, a better PAKISTAN. This is just the beginning. Pakistan Zindabad.”

Samina Peerzada shared a Twitter thread, “My dear Kaptaan  more power to you.let’s prepare for the next elections. I stand with you absolutely Yes.”

Hina Khawaja Bayat said in an Instagram video, “One man stood alone for the integrity & sovereignty of Pakistan.”

Yumna Zaidi shared the poetry of Faiz Ahmed Faiz with Imran Khan hashtag.

Farhan Saeed said on social media account, “Tum kitne Imran bhejo ge. Har ghar se Imran nikley ga ! What happened today is sad but trust me when i say , today starts the real revolution. Yes its much tougher than we thought it would be but “Ghabrana Nahin Hai”! La illaha illalah.”

Shahveer Jafry said, “Khan fought alone. I salute him and thank him for that he tried his best to save his country.”

Veena Malik said that the people across the globe took to the streets to back Imran Khan.
