Govt jacks up petroleum products prices again, plans more inflation shocks
The coalition government has increased the prices of the petroleum projects once again and planned more inflation shocks for the nationals.
The coalition government led by Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) has increased the prices of the petroleum projects once again and planned more inflation shocks for the nationals.
The government issued a notification to increase the prices of petroleum products. –
From July 1, the price of petrol has been increased by Rs 14.85 per litre and the price of petrol has been fixed at Rs 248.74 per litre.
The price of high-speed diesel has been increased by Rs13.23 per litre and the price of high-speed diesel has been fixed at Rs276.54 per litre. The price of kerosene has been increased by Rs18.83 per litre and the price of kerosene has been fixed at Rs230.26 per litre.
The price of light diesel has been increased by Rs18.68 per litre, while the new price of light diesel has been fixed at Rs226.15 per litre.
The government imposed a petroleum levy of Rs 10 per litre on petrol. High-speed diesel, kerosene oil and light government imposed a petroleum levy of Rs 10 per litre on petrol.
A levy of Rs 5 per litre has been imposed on high-speed diesel, kerosene oil and light diesel.
The people are very angry with the government’s decision and say that the government is creating new problems for them.
