“Political Differences Aside, Aseefa is Pretty Cool”

Jahangir Tareen and Ali Tareen possibly developing likeness for PPP

WEB DESK: Benazir Bhutto’s daughter Aseefa Bhutto Zardari has started following her mother’s footsteps. In her political debut in Multan at Pakistan’s Democratic Movement (PDM) rally, Aseefa kept her speech short and brisk, leaving everyone amazed including Ali Tareen, the son of PTI leader Jahangir Tareen.

Ali Tareen seems like becoming a fan of Aseefa Bhutto. “Political differences aside, Aseefa is pretty cool”, he tweeted.

Ali’s tweet didn’t go unnoticed by PPP stalwarts, as one of them tweeted back to Tareen and extended an informal invitation to join the party.

The offer was humorously passed over by the PTI leader’s son.

It is no secret that Jahangir Tareen is no longer involved in the PTI. Prime Minister Imran Khan himself has admitted this in a recent interview.

It remains worth mentioning that Jahangir Tareen belongs to Southern part of Punjab province in Pakistan. The region is considered to be a  stronghold for PPP after Sindh, which was apparent in Multan rally.

In the given facts, it would not be a surprise if Jahangir Tareen and his son join PPP in the future.
