Serious disorder in entry test of Lums held in a local hotel in Karachi

Entry test of Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) was held at the local Hotel Regent Plaza in Karachi, but there was serious disorder on the occasion.

According to information received by News 360, the candidates were ordered to arrive at 6:45 am for the entry test at Regent Plaza Karachi.

LUMS Entry Test was arranged not by LUMS but by a private organization. 1800 candidates were called for the entry test.

1800 candidates consisting of male and female students had reached the gate of Regent Plaza at 6:45 in the morning, but due to lack of timely arrangements by the administration, boys and girls had to stand on the road till half past seven.

According to the information received by News 360, the test time was supposed to start at 9:00 am and end at 11:30 am, that is, the test time was two and a half hours, however, the entry test could not start until 9:40 am.

In light of Limz’s orders, the test was supposed to start at 9:00, but the test was started at 9:40, but before that the management set all the clocks back by 40 minutes and photographs of the clocks were taken. That is, an attempt was made to convey that the test had started exactly at nine o’clock.

It didn’t end there. The test was over at 11:30, but the children were relieved. At 12:45, i.e., an hour and a half later, no candidate was allowed to bring a mobile phone with them, allowing them to tell their parents. could report that the test has ended and they are still inside. On the other hand, the parents were worried that the test ended at half past eleven, the children should have come out in fifteen minutes at most, but This did not happen, there was no cooperation from the management at the gate with the parents.
