Punjab and KPK elections: New bench constituted, decision expects by tomorrow
Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial says that court will hear case tomorrow and will give its decision tomorrow itself
The bench formed on the automatic notice case on the delay in giving the date of elections in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was broken, four judges of the Supreme Court have suggested the formation of a new bench, while Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial has remarked that the remaining A 5-member larger bench will continue hearing the case.
According to the details, when the hearing of the Supreme Court spontaneous notice case started, four judges of the Larges Bench suggested to form a new bench. Justice Athar Manullah, Justice Jamal Khan Mandukhel, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Yahya Afridi suggested the new bench.
