Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah’s non-bailable arrest warrant issued
ATC judge Gujranwala has issued non-bailable arrest warrants while rejecting request for exemption from presence of Federal Interior Minister

The Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) judge Gujranwala issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah.
According to details, Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) Judge Zahid Iqbal Rana has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah.
ATC judge Rana Zahid Iqbal rejected the plea of immunity from the presence of Rana Sanaullah and ordered her to be arrested and produced on March 28.
ATC judge has issued directions to DPO Gujarat to execute non-bailable arrest warrant.
The arrest warrant has been issued in a case registered at Thana Industrial Area in Gujarat. The case was filed in 2022 at the request of a local leader of the Muslim League (Q).
Honorable Judge Rana Zahid Iqbal had summoned Rana Sanaullah today, issued a bailable arrest warrant for him, but he did not appear today, on which the judge issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for him.
