PML-N’s objection to Supreme Court bench, Asad Umar reminds recent past
Former federal minister said government think tanks should tell case which was heard by Supreme Court through suo-moto notice and as a result of which elected government of Imran Khan ended, was it heard by full court?

Asad Umar revealed reality of PDM government’s invasion of Judiciary, especially PML-N, and objections on bench. Political death is a recipe for death.
Asad Umar told nation real reason for objections on NNL bench. The leader of Tehreek-e-Insaf said that reason for malaise and shouting of Non-League is structure of bench and not rules of the Supreme Court regarding hearing.
The Secretary General of PTI said that whole uproar is being created because Supreme Court, instead of standing by Constitution, finds an unconstitutional way for them to escape from election.
He said that that is why these threats are being made that they will not accept decision of Supreme Court until full court sits, that is, Muslim League is threatening to rebel against promulgated constitution.
Tehreek-e-Insaaf leader Asad Umar said that according to rules of Supreme Court, a 2-member bench can hear this kind of case.
The former federal minister said that the government think tanks should tell the case which was heard by the Supreme Court through automatic notice and as a result of which the elected government of Imran Khan ended, was it heard by the full court.
He said that the fear of election has disrupted the memory, so let me tell you that the case was heard by a 5-member bench and not by the full court. Thanked the court and did not attack like the PML-G.
He said that his last argument is that the judges who are part of this bench are biased. The ruling was declared null and void. The three judges of the present bench included Justice Umar Atta Bandial, Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan and Justice Muneeb Akhtar.
Tehreek-e-Insaaf leader Asad Umar said that in the light of these facts, you can understand the real reason behind the screams of the government representatives. The reason for these screams is the structure of the bench and not the rules of the Supreme Court. Their problem is in 90 days. It is a constitutional requirement to hold elections.
PTI Secretary General Asad Umar further said that he sees his political death in the election and seeing death so close, his cries are coming out.
