Possibility of positive progress in negotiations between coalition govt and PTI
In view of negotiations between parties, Supreme Court did not issue order for last hearing while PTI chief Imran Khan also postponed his address yesterday

At the end of first round of negotiations between coalition government and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf on Supreme Court’s proposal to hold elections in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, there is a possibility of positive progress.
In view of negotiations between parties, Supreme Court did not issue order for yesterday’s hearing while Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan also postponed his address yesterday.
Sources familiar with ongoing negotiations between coalition government and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf have told News 360 that Supreme Court did not issue its order for previous day’s hearing due to start of negotiations and reports of ice melting from both sides.
According to sources, the Supreme Court will wait for outcome of negotiations till Monday and after that it is possible that after outcome of negotiations on Tuesday, Supreme Court will issue its order. Even if it continues, it will be of a cursory nature.
On other hand, possibility of positive progress is also being shown by fact that at end of the first round of negotiations yesterday, Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan was supposed to address workers, which was postponed.
It should be remembered that second round of talks between coalition government and Tehreek-e-Insaaf will be held today after Friday prayers. Yesterday, in first round of negotiations held in committee room of Parliament House, a three-member delegation including Fawad Chaudhry and Zafar Iqbal, headed by Shah Mehmood Qureshi from Tehreek-e-Insaf, participated, while former Prime Minister Yusuf Raza from the coalition government. Gelani, Naveed Qamar, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Azam Nazir Tarar, Khawaja Saad Rafiq and Kishore Zahra were present.
Private TV has claimed with reference to sources that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf has placed 3 conditions in front of government delegation. Condition of PTI is that National Assembly and both provincial assemblies should be dissolved in May this year, constitution should be amended for simultaneous elections except on May 14, the resignations of Tehreek-e-Insaf should be withdrawn and the current Elections should be held across the country in July
