Amazon, one of the world’s largest and most trusted online shopping websites, is urging its employees to quit their job and start their own delivery business under the Amazon program.

Through this program, the employees will be able to earn a monthly income of $10,000 which is equivalent to 3 months’ salary.

Amazon says the new program not only earns good money but also enables employees to grow their businesses.

Once they join the program as they will have easy access to a wide range of stores with Amazon’s advanced technology while receiving discounts.

“The company says it only wants employees who want to be there. Those who accept the offer can never work at Amazon again”, reads the clause.

In addition to the money, Amazon says that their employees will have consistent delivery volume from the company, access to the company’s sophisticated delivery technology, hands-on training, and discounts.

Notably, this is not the first time that Amazon has encouraged its employees to quit their jobs to start their businesses.

Previously, the e-commerce giant introduced the Pay to Quit program, in which once a year, the company offers to pay full-time associates at Amazon fulfillment centers up to $5,000 to leave the company.
