He demanded that the amnesty given to the construction sector should not be withdrawn from the budget for the fiscal year 2021-2022 (FY22). He added that it would be a severe blow to the sector.

While talking to News360, Malik said that the real estate sector got significant relief in the last budget.
He told the holding period of the property was eight years which has been reduced to four years while the gain tax has also changed.
