Bringing ease to fingertips, around 32 million bills were paid on Easypaisa mobile wallet from January to May this year in Pakistan. The volume of transactions during the span remained Rs 56 billion.
Easypaisa Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mudassar Aqil said that the company’s bill payment feature has made a laborious task easy.
He added that Easypaisa has some 240 billers enlisted and the process could be carried conveniently and swiftly.

The mobile wallet application has bagged several awards since its launch in 2009.
Even in the first year in 2009, the service got ‘Best mobile money launch’. Easypaisa also won ‘Innovation in payments award’ under ‘the innovators 2019’ banner of global finance magazine.
