Renowned Islamic Scholar Maulana Tariq Jamil and former pop singer and television host, Rabi Pirzada, have announced to launch their clothing and veil (burqa) brands respectively.
A number of celebrities and renowned personalities have already made their debuts in clothing and accessories’ ranges.
Pakistan’s renowned Islamic scholar Maulana Tariq Jamil is going to launch a new retail clothing brand soon.
According to the officials, the clothing brand will deal in shalwar kameez and kurtas.
The brand’s LinkedIn Page, MTJ-Tariq Jamil, introduces itself as a “fashion retail brand striving to learn to exhibit the principles taught by Maulana and break the eroding stereotype”.
The brand aims to provide a garment shopping platform to discover and re-associate with the lost identity ingrained among all.
Maulana will supervise the brand himself and ensure to deliver the best quality.
The official page on LinkedIn shared that the brand will work to holistically combine diverse heritage and values in its collection.
However, no announcement has been made by Maulana Tariq Jamil on his social media accounts about the new venture.
Following the footsteps of the preacher, the controversial former singer Rabi Pirzada has announced to launch a hijab and burqa brand, a form of the full-length veil for women.
