Pakistani Rapper and Comedian Ali Gul Pir celebrated women’s day by releasing a special song titled Tera Jism Meri Marzi based on misinterpreted slogan Mera Jism Meri Marzi.
The 142 seconds music video of Tera Jism Meri Marzi by Ali Gul Pir also featured artist Eva B and emphasized that women should be the voice of other women.
The initials of the song derided Pakistani playwright Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar for making controversial statements about women and their characters in several discussions and for continuously condemning women for raising voice for their rights.
Pir raised the voice against sexual harassment, ignorant behavior, and violence against women at workplaces and homes.
Through powerful and impactful lyrics, Ali highlighted all major and minor events a woman has to face while living in a patriarchal society and how it reacts when she resists norms and values.
The 35-year-old rapper had utilized all slogans that have been used in the Aurat March and beautifully roasted the reality.
