Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver officially divorce
According to TMZ, divorce was mediated by a private judge and signed their divorce earlier this month.
74 year old Arnold Schwarzenegger and 66 years old Maria Shriver actually separated in 2011, but a judge recently signed their divorce and their official separation has now been entered into the Los Angeles Superior Court court system.
Although their separation was mediated by the private judge, a sitting judge was still needed to enter the judicial system.
Maria filed for divorce more than a decade ago after it emerged that the Hollywood star had fathered a son, Joseph Baena, with her housekeeper.

However, the high-profile division of hers was complicated by a property liquidation deal.
Details of the deal have been kept confidential throughout the process, but it is reported to be worth around $400 million.
The actor and Maria, who have Katherine 32, Christina 30, Patrick 28, and Christopher 24, together are said to have split the property’s money roughly evenly.
The “Terminator” star Arnold Schwarzenegger, who married Maria in 1986, previously described the separation from him as his biggest “biggest failure”, admitting that the separation from him was entirely her fault.
He said: “That was, without a doubt, the biggest setback and the biggest failure. You can’t point the finger at anyone else. ”
Meanwhile, the former couple claimed at the time of their separation that they had made the decision “together.”
They said in a statement in 2011: “This has been a time of great personal and professional transition for each of us.
After much thought, reflection, discussion, and prayer, we made this decision together.
Right now, we live apart as we work on the future of our relationship.
“We continue to raise our four children together. They are the light and the center of our lives ”.
