Pakistani showbiz industry’s talented actress Ayesha Umar’s second film ‘Huwy Tum Ajnabi’ is going to be released on Eid-ul-Fitr this month.

Based on the theme of the fall of Dhaka, this historical, action and romantic film is written and directed by renowned anchorperson Kamran Shahid.

In the movie Huwy Tum Ajnabi, actor Mikal Zulfikar and actress Sadia Khan played the lead roles, while Ayesha Umar played the role of Dhaka-based journalist Ayesha in the film.

Senior actor Mehmood Aslam has played the role of Sheikh Mujibur Rehman in the film, the other cast of the film includes Shamoon Abbasi, Sohail Ahmed, Kamran Shahid’s father actor Shahid and others.

Actress Ayesha Umar has shared a teaser of the film on her Instagram, depicting her character. Ayesha Umar captioned her post, “Meet Ayesha from East Pakistan in 1971… as a journalist and a human being.” His honesty and integrity cost him almost everything but the truth wins, no matter how painful the journey, the truth will always set you free”.

The trailer of the film was released a month ago, and has been viewed 64,000 times on YouTube so far.

The writer and director of the film Kamran Shahid said in a recent interview that making a film is a very difficult task as far as history is concerned in the film, the full date of 1971 has not been shown but only 25% of the history will be seen and the rest is romantic. It is a comedy film.

He said that we had asked ISPR to rent tanks and weapons, but they said that we do not rent anything. Didn’t even see the script because they knew me, so they provided me the logistics without taking money.

Kamran Shahid said that not all the things seen in the film are necessarily real, the graphics are also used, but as far as cooperation is concerned, ISPR has nothing to do with the film.
