Recently, Bollywood celebrities and their associates like Dilip Chhabria and Deepika Padukone’s manager have been in limelight for all “ill-reasons” and have been charged with some serious crimes.
Deepika Padukone’s manager, Karishma Prakash, to be charged with financing illicit traffic by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).
As per the reports, the NCB has claimed recovery of 1.7 gm of hashish and at least two bottles of Cannabidiol (CBD) oil from the manager’s house.
Similarly, Dilip Chhabria, the car designer to Bollywood stars, had been booked over the charges of a car financing and forgery scam worth at least INR400 million.
According to the reports, Chhabria had been involved in using his company Dilip Chhabria Designs Pvt Ltd (DCDPL) to take multiple loans before selling the cars to a third party.
Earlier, a number of Bollywood celebrities have come under NCB’s radar including Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Rhea Chakraborty, Arjun Rampal, and Karan Johar.

All the stars were questioned by NCB in the drugs probe opened after the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
However, NCB maintained that several other B-Town celebrities are on the list and the bureau has been collecting evidence against them.
