Many celebrities expressed grief over the demise of renowned Pakistani drummer Gunga Sain, who lost the battle of life due to cardiac arrest in Lahore on Sunday.
The 50-year-old artist has represented in more than 87 countries including Norway, Sweden, India, and Japan.
Gunga not only met former US President George W Bush but introduced Sufi music in the United States, Britain, and Germany with his distinctive drumming style.
The deceased’s younger brother Nazim Sain said, “Gunga was fasting during cardiac arrest and he will be buried next to his parents in Thokar Niaz Beg graveyard”.
