Bushra Ansari’s Daughter Ties Knot Second Time in US
Meera has followed in footsteps of her mother, who has also got married few months back
WEB DESK: Veteran actress Bushra Ansari’s daughter Meera Ansari announced her wedding on social media. The simple yet elegant wedding ceremony took place in New York.
Meera posted pictures from the occasion on her Instagram account along with her husband and kids from the previous marriage.
“Surely, with hardship comes ease.’ Quran 94:5,” the bride captioned the photo with the groom.
She also shared a picture with her daughter and son and mentioned that her kids are the major happiness and strength of her life.
Much like her mother, Meera Ansari is also a talented Pakistani model.
Meera’s first marriage was the talk of the town a few years back but her relationship ended after which she moved to New York with her children.
Likewise her daughter, Bushra also had a failed marriage with TV drama producer and director Iqbal Ansari.
Bushra and Iqbal were happily married for around 30 years and then parted their ways due to some reasons they kept in veil from the public, Omair Alavi, an entertainment analyst told news360.

Similarly, Bushra’s niece Zara Noor Abbas, daughter of Asma Abbas, took divorce from her first husband.
She is now happily married to fellow celebrity Asad Siddiqui, who happens to be the nephew of actor Adnan Siddiqui and was also a divorcee.
In a society where divorce is considered a stigma and divorcees are often looked down upon, the family is setting a precedent for hundreds of women in Pakistan who do not choose to go for second marriage after the mishap.
