Another video was posted on Twitter with the caption, “The biggest hypocrites alive in Pakistani are desi liberals who preach about tolerance and freedom of choice but will make a mockery of someone like Bushra Bibi or whoever chooses to cover their body.”

A netizen namely Badar Saeed wrote, “Highly condemnable behaviour from Yawar Iqbal and all those “progressives” cheering this sheer mockery of Bushra Bibi’s Hijab. Your feminism is selective if you support women who are forced to wear Hijab but mock a free-willed Hijab. Don’t use women to get back at men”

Eimaan said, “How is this funny?? These are the same women who are always talking about feminism and women rights but never miss a chance to insult other women. This is her choice and I believe like every other women she(Bushra Bibi) is free to wear whatever suits her. Shame on you Areeba!”

“Everyone is calling out areeba habib for her reel but no one name real person behind this attir that is yawar iqbal,” said Farrah Tariq on Twitter.

Another netizen Sadia said, “Shame on Yawar Abbas for doing this at Halloween, but We all should boycott the business who agreed to be part of ridiculing not only bushra bibi but also those women who prefer to practice their right to wear hijab. Why @nabila_salon and others decided to b a part of this”
