The divorce between famous actor in Pakistan’s showbiz industry Feroze Khan and wife Syeda Aliza Sultan has been officially confirmed.
The actor and his ex-wife officially confirmed the separation by issuing statements on their social media accounts. Aliza Sultan has also levelled serious allegations of being subjected to mental and physical torture by Feroze Khan.
The formal hearing of the child custody case between Feroze Khan and his ex-wife also began in the court, whereas, the court stopped Feroze Khan from visiting the children without prior permission.
Feroze Khan said in a statement issued on Instagram and Twitter, “As a law-abiding citizen of Pakistan, I have full confidence in the justice of the Court. Our divorce was finalized on 3rd September 2022, after which filed a family law case, asking for Custody of and visitation rights pertaining to my children Sultan and Fatima in the 8th Family Judge District, East Karachi on 19 Sep 2022.”
“Today, on 21 September 2022, the Court heard both parties and allowed me to spend time with my children Sultan and Fatima for half an hour in his presence.”
“The Court then adjourned the matter till1st October 2022, on which date it will resume further proceedings related to visitation rights whereby I can continue to meet my children. As concerns my ex-wife, I shall extend her my respect and support, as she is the mother of my children. I am afraid I am not in a position to further discuss this matter as the case is pending before the Court.”

On the other hand, Syeda Aliza Sultan has levelled serious allegations against Feroze Khan in her statement released on Instagram in which she said, “Our marriage of four years was an utter chaos. In addition to a continuous physical and psychological violence during this period, I had to endure infidelity, blackmail and degradation at my husband’s hands. After careful consideration, I have reached the sad conclusion that I cannot spend my whole life in this horrific manner.”
“The welfare and wellbeing of my children have played a significant role in this decision. I do not want them to grow up in a toxic, unhealthy and violent household. I’m afraid that their mental development and approach to life would be negatively impacted by exposure to such hostile environment. No kid should ever have to grow up feeling violence to be a normal part of relationships. I would rather teach them that no wounds are too deep to be healed, no scars too shameful to be concealed at the cost of one’s safety.”
Meanwhile, actor Feroze Khan met his children in the court of Family Judge East yesterday.
On the occasion of the hearing, the petitioner Feroz Khan appeared with his lawyer and SHO Gulistan Johar and Aliza appeared in the court along with their children.
During the hearing, the ex-wife accused Feroze Khan of torture. She said that Feroze Khan used to torture her. “Every day, the people of the neighborhood would gather after hearing the sounds of shouting. A month ago, on insistence, her son Sultan was admitted to a school in Defence area. I was sent home, I now live in Gulistan-e-Johar so how can I take the child to school in Defence area every day.”
Khan rejected all the allegations of his ex-wife, he said that he is paying the expenses of the children. He said that he admitted the child to school but his ex-wife was not sending him to school and it is his right to meet the children and no one can take away this right.”
Later, a written order was issued by the court, in which it is said that Aliza’s lawyer has been provided with copies of the application and other documents.
The father has also been met, so the petitioner’s request to produce the children through the SHO has become ineffective.
The court disposed of the request to produce the children through the SHO and adjourned the further hearing of the case till October 1.
The court directed Aliza to submit her reply at the next hearing in which the date and time of the meeting with the children should be determined. The court said that Aliza should give a response first and then it would be decided.
