Feroze Khan did not appear in the hearing; Aliza Sultan's brother claimed to have more evidence of domestic violence
The legal battle between actor Feroze Khan and his ex-wife Aliza Sultan is intensifying. Aliza Sultan’s lawyer accused Feroze Khan of not paying child support for 2.5 months.
Feroze Khan accused the ex-wife of misleading the court by submitting false evidence, while Aliza Sultan’s brother said they have many pictures but they do not want to reveal them. He added that some pictures came out because they were included in the public documents.
Aliza Sultan’s brother, while speaking to the media after the hearing on November 1, said that on the initial statement, an application was filed against us by Feroze Khan, in which he made absurd allegations against her and tried to prove her a mentally ill person. “We were waiting for Feroze Khan as he is the father of Aliza’s children. When a person is in a relationship he makes compromises.”

Aliza’s brother said, “We have presented 4-5 pictures of Aliza’s torture before the court, besides this, we have many more but we don’t want such things to come out.”
He further said that no statement was given by Khan in the court regarding the photos and it was held that eye allergies also occur. If there is an allergy, the eyes would not swell. If Feroze wants, these photos can be sent for forensic examination.”
On the other hand, Feroze Khan was accused of submitting misleading evidence against his ex-wife Aliza Sultan. Feroze Khan’s lawyer while talking to the media after appearing in the court said that Aliza Sultan had claimed that Khan gave death threats to her but the application was never submitted to the Daraskhshan police station.
