Filmfare’s Editor Jitesh Pillaai took to Instagram to felicitate the star on his birthday

WEB DESK: Pakistani singer and actor Fawad Khan turned 39 on November 29 and wishes poured in from across the border as well including Indian Filmfare Magazine.

Filmfare’s Editor Jitesh Pillaai took to Instagram to extend his wishes on the star’s birthday.

Pillaai shared pictures and clips of Fawad from his Pakistani dramas, with a note saying “we carry a piece of you everywhere we go. I am sure you carry a piece of us in your soul too”.

The versatile artist, model, actor, producer, singer, and screenwriter Fawad Khan made his debut in the movie ‘Khuda Kay Liye’ in 2007.

Since then, he gave many hits not only in Pakistan but his work in Bollywood was highly praised too.

He made his Bollywood debut with ‘Khoobsurat’ in 2014 alongside actress Sonam Kapoor.

Khan also did a cameo in ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ the same year.

Fawad Khan bagged many awards including the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut, Lux Style Awards, Hum Awards, Indian Film Festival of Melbourne, and Pakistan Media Awards.

Before his on-screen debut, Fawad was known for his euphonious voice as the lead vocalist of his band ‘Entity Paradigm’ (EP).

Besides ‘Khubsoorat’ and ‘Kapoor and Sons’, he gave many hits in television dramas including ‘Humsafar’ and ‘Zindagi Gulzar Hai’.

His movies in Bollywood made him stir the hearts of his Indian fans and he earned popularity across the borders bringing accolades home.
