Judge of Central Court of Islamabad granted bail and ordered release of Sandal Khattak
Hareem Shah live-streamed his indecent videos from Sandal Khattak himself, no video came out from Sandal Khattak’s mobile, the special court of Islamabad granted bail to Sandal Khattak.
In the court of Special Judge Central Islamabad, a hearing was held on the bail application of the accused Tik-Talker Sandal Khattak in the Tik-Talker Hareem Shah Leak videos case after her arrest.
After hearing the arguments, the court accepted the bail application of the accused Sandal Khattak. The court ordered the release of the accused Sandal Khattak.
In the court of Special Judge Central Azam Khan, the lawyer of the accused Sandal Khattak, Mossadegh Barki, took the stand that Sandal Khattak had not received any notice, but the case was registered directly.
Lawyer Mossadegh Barki said that Hareem Shah’s application against Sandal Khattak was dismissed in FIA Lahore and Peshawar. Sandal Khattak shared the live streaming, not the recording itself.
Accused’s lawyer Mossadegh Barki said that no evidence was found from Sandal Khattak’s mobile phone, according to the rules of Tik Tok, indecent videos cannot be uploaded. Hareem Shah was laughing when the videos were made.
Sandal Khattak’s lawyer was of the view that whoever made the videos of Hareem Shah, they were made with the consent of Hareem Shah. Nothing was recovered from Sandal Khattak during the investigation, not even required in the investigation.
Lawyer Safai said that Sandal Khattak gave the mobile but Hareem Shah’s mobile was not taken. Sandal Khattak shared the live streaming, not the recording itself.
Accused’s lawyer Mossadegh Barki said that no evidence was found from Sandal Khattak’s mobile phone. On which the court approved the bail of accused Sandal Khattak and ordered her release.
