Here’s The List of Winners From Star-Studded Oscars 2021

Last year winners including Laura Dern, Joaquin Phoenix, Brad Pitt, and Renee Zellweger were spotted in the event

The star-studded night of the year, Oscars 2021, finally took place in Los Angeles, where amid the pandemic, the VIP guest list was down to only 170 guests out of usual 3,000.  

The 93rd Academy Awards were held at Union Station Los Angeles and the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center in Hollywood and at other international locations via satellite.

Interestingly, last year winners including Laura Dern, Joaquin Phoenix, Brad Pitt, and Renée Zellweger were also spotted in the event.

Taking to their social media handles, The Academy constantly posted red carpet updates, winner’s announcements, and artists’ performances were constantly published to keep millions of followers updated.

This year, the 93rd Academy Awards made some brilliant and awestruck announcements as the first Marvel director Chloe Zhao made history by securing the title of best director for Nomadland as the first Asian woman and woman of color.

Moreover, the movie Nomadland won the title for the best picture category.

In addition to it, the best actor in a leading role was given to Anthony Hopkins for the movie The Father whereas, Frances McDorman for the movie Nomadland won the best actress in a leading role.

In addition to it, South Korean Minari star Yuh-Jung Youn became the first Korean to win Oscar for the best supporting actress.

In the category of best original song, Fight for You by Judas and the Black Messiah and Music by H.E.R. were the winners.

Animated Pixar film Soul featuring Trent Reznor, Atticus Ross and Jon Batiste bagged the award for the category of best original score.

This is Pixar studio’s 11th achievement since the category was created in 2002.
