Kushner’s father, real estate developer and attorney Charles Kushner, was sentenced to two years in prison in the early 2000s for illegal campaign contributions, tax evasion and other crimes.

The former US president has formally presented his arrest today, 76-year-old Donald Trump appeared in court in Manhattan and presented himself for arrest.
The court has indicted the former president on 34 charges, including a dispute over payments to a woman including a porn star, damaging the 2016 election.
Donald Trump has completely denied the crime by the court. The court has adjourned the hearing of the case till December, according to the judges, the formal hearing of the case will be held in January 2024.
