After a long interval, the 18th edition of Bridal Couture Week was organized under, not all but some, precautionary guidelines as traditions were given preference over the mask that is considered necessary to contain the virus.
Three-day fashion week was held in Lahore under the banner of HUM Network Limited.
The high profile bridal show kept up with its tradition of showcasing 35 designers on the runway. Hair and makeup for the show were done by N-Pro and N-Gents.
Day-1 was kicked off with a special hair show by Pantene where the brand unveiled their new bottle in line with its “more open hair days” campaign.
The huge format event showcased some of the most high profile designers in Pakistan.
It is pertinent to mention that the backstage teams were following SOPs whereas, the models walking the on-ramp were keeping themselves distant. This means that even a big platform like Bridal Couture Week restricts the designers to hold on to traditions besides wearing a mask or follow other precautions on stage.

Some of the highlights from the event include the father-son duo Nauman Ijaz and Zaviyar Ijaz were the show-stoppers for Uniworth Dress & Co.
The gorgeous Nimra Khan walked the ramp for Nauman & Bhaiya.
Affan Waheed and Hira Mani graced the ramp for Alishba & Nabeel.
The newly-wed couple, Sarah Khan and Falak Shabbir added grandeur to Madeeha Shoaib’s collection.
