“I Think I Should Play Bond”, Says Priyanka Chopra Jonas

Super talented Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra Jonas has expressed her desire to play the lead role in the famous Hollywood spy film series James Bond at Kabir Bedi’s book launch event.

Talking to Kabir, Priyanka added that instead of becoming a Bond girl, she wants to play the role of James Bond herself.

After ruling Bollywood and Hollywood, Chopra is eager to be part of James Bond series as she has been lucky enough to nail every task from launching a restaurant to becoming the best seller of New York Times.

At the online launch of Bollywood actor Kabir Bedi’s autobiography Stories, I Must Tell: The Emotional Life of an Actor, the author suggested Priyanka Chopra to work in the James Bond series.

Interestingly, Chopra had previously expressed her desire to play the role of James Bond.

In 2017 during James Corden’s ‘The Late Late Show’, Priyanka iterated that she wanted to see herself as James Bond instead of being a Bond girl.

As a huge fan of James Bond, Priyanka Chopra prefers to play strong and powerful roles in Hollywood.

Moreover, Priyanka had paid tribute to Sean Connery, who played the role of James Bond in seven films in the series, at his demise.
