Singer-cum-social worker Shehzad Roy took to his Twitter and threw an open challenge to his fans to attempt ‘one-arm’ push-ups and upload the video using hashtag #ShehzadRoyChallenge.
The star who gets appreciated for his fitness and skin freshness by fans on most occasions exhibits his talent of doing push-ups in the post which is giving major fitness goals to followers across the country.
“An open challenge for everyone. If you can do even 1 or even half ‘one-arm’ push-up (even if you fail while attempting it), upload it tag me in it along with the hashtag #ShehzadRoyChallenge”, the post read.

Shehzad Roy announced further that he is going to select his favorite ‘push-ups challenge’ videos and will upload them on his social media channels.
“I will be selecting my favorites and will upload them from all my social media channels”, he added.

This is not the first time that the singer has thrown a challenge to his followers.
Earlier, in a post on Instagram, Roy showcased a new stunt and challenged his followers to recreate their versions, but to keep safety in mind first.
Not only this, the “Laga Reh” singer posted a poll on Twitter to recreate acoustic versions of his three songs named ‘Saali Tu Maani Nahi’, ‘Teri Soorat’, and ‘Mukhra’.
