In Australia, Shaniera Akram Raised Donation For Sick Pakistani Children

The social activist represented NICH Pakistan in Melbourne and has raised funds of over $100,000 from Pakistani community

Apart from being wife of the legendary cricketer Wasim Akram, Shaniera Akram was able to raise over $100,000 funds for the sick children in Pakistan with National Institute of Children Health (NICH) in Australia.

NICH is the largest children’s hospital in Pakistan, which is serving millions of little ones free of cost every day and Shaniera Akram is a part of the organization.

Shaniera, ambassador of The Akram Foundation, had actively participated in various programs of social work, community services, and charitable causes.

The 33-year-old social activist had partnered with the NICH for a very long time.

Earlier, Shaneira posted photos as she landed in Australia, and similarly, Wasim Akram tweeted that he and his son are in Dubai for a quick Ramazan break.

In response to it, people who were disappointed with the news, questioned the couple for leaving the country in ‘difficult times’.

With her latest Instagram post, Shaniera proved that traveling to Australia was a purpose-based trip as she was representing NICH Pakistan.

The mother of three went to Australia earlier this month but recently posted some photos from the event on her Instagram handle.

Dressed in royal blue traditional attire, Shaniera wrote that she was incredibly happy and thankful to the Pakistani community of Melbourne which had opened its pockets to brighten up the future of children in a time when the world was suffering.
