Indian actor Jaaved Jaaferi has termed the silence of good people over the oppression and cruelty as ‘ultimate tragedy’.
Jaaved Jaaferi’s statement came amid ongoing atrocities against Muslims in India.
On the other hand, the Indian Supreme Court had issued a stay order on the demolition of shops owned by Muslims in New Delhi’s Jahangirpuri area.

The actor did not directly target the atrocities against Muslims in India but he shared a quote of Martin Luther King, Jr, saying “The ultimate tragedy is not the oppression and cruelty by the bad people but the silence over that by the good people.”
