A social activist and lawyer Ali Palh has discovered a new hip-hop talent in Sindh named Khaliq Jarwar who comes to the limelight through Palh’s video on Twitter.
Ali Palh has shared a video on his Twitter account on January 12 which he captioned, ‘The talent of Tando Allahyar.” The video showed the new rapper from Tando Allahyar Khaliq Jarwar.
The rap song was sung by Khaliq Jarwar in the Sindhi language, explaining the geography, culture, its people and traditions in his own way with pleasant background music.

Although, personal details of Khaliq Jarwar are still not available, however, it is ascertained the fact of emerging young talents that could be the future of Pakistan’s music industry if they are encouraged in an appropriate way.
Sindh province has given us many rappers like Ali Gul Pir from Karachi, Eva B from Lyari’s Karachi, Talha Anjum and Talhah Yunus of Young Stunners and another one, Babar Mangi, who has recently appeared in a Sindhi rap song alongside the famous ‘Waderai ka beta’ singer Ali Gul Pir.

Young Stunners’ Talha Anjum and Talhah Yunus have made their way to Pakistan Super League (PSL) 6 anthem last year so as Eva B, as she had appeared in several rap music videos. However, there is no state sponsorship or assistance seen in their local achievements despite being hailed by the locals, local media and social media.
The self-made creations of new rappers having a spark to be grown well in the music industry would need attention from big names and stakeholders as the country is lacking such institutions where the new talent finds a way to get groomed.
