Lahore Sessions Court adjourned the hearing of the case against Meesha Shafi as the model, her mother Saba Hameed and the lawyer were not present in the court.
The hearing of Rs 1 billion compensation case filed by Singer Ali Zafar was adjourned as the defendant Meesha and her mother were absent from the cross-examination.
Meesha’s lawyer too didn’t appear and the court summoned all three in the next hearing in October.

As per details, Meesha Shafi appeared before the court in January 2019 to record her statement and since then, Aya Lariye Ne singer is missing from the hearings.
In 2018, Meesha accused Ali Zafar as a harasser and ran a social media campaign against him along with some of her friends.
The allegations were rejected by Ali and he filed a defamation case against the female singer and her acquaintances.

The male singer pleaded in the court that his reputation was damaged and demanded Rs 1 billion in compensation from Meesha.
