Mehwish Hayat, Sajal Ali, Kubra Khan react to Adil Raja’s allegations

Actresses Mehwish Hayat, Kubra Khan and Sajal Ali reacted strongly after Major Retired Adil Raja levelled serious allegations against them, former army chief General Retired Qamar Javed Bajwa and Lt Gen Retd Faiz Hameed.

Actress Ushna Shah has also tweeted against Adil Raja’s allegations.

Raja alleged in a vlog that the top models and actresses stayed in ISI safe houses and messes and had illicit relations with Gen Bajwa and Lt Gen Hameed, whereas, their obscene videos were filmed when other people and politicians were invited there.

Major Retd Raja alleged that some silent warriors took the names of four out of the actresses and top models but he will not disclose their names. He further said that he will only tell the first letters of the said models’ names which include H and M, S and A.

Major (Retd) Adil Raja further alleged it has come to light that General (Retired) Faiz Hameed had the videos of General Bajwa with these actresses in safe houses, whereas, they also have videos of Maryam Nawaz with one of the doctors from Abbottabad.

After the allegations were made by Adil Raja, pictures of actresses Mahira Khan, Mehwish Hayat, Kubra Khan and Sajal Ali started circulating on social media.

Kubra Khan wrote on Instagram, “I stayed quiet initially because obviously a fake video isn’t going to take over my existence But ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.” She said that she has no fear to face anyone if she is with truth.

She said that she will not stay quiet if ‘random people’ pointed fingers at her. “So Mr Adil Raja before you start to heap allegations upon people have some proof first. You have a total of three days to come up with this proof which you claim is haq and sach. If not, either retract your statement and publicly apologise or I will be suing you for defamation. And don’t worry, lucky for you I’m not just from here I am from UK so I’ll come there if I have too!”

To this, Adil Raja replied, “Miss Kubra M Khan, I haven’t named or defamed you in any way and condemned speculations regarding anyone’s name being mentioned wrt my vlog. However, you have explicitly named and defamed me based on speculations and heresy. Good thing you are coming to the UK.”

Mehwish Hayat responded to the allegations and tweeted, “Sasti shohrat haasil karne k liye kuch logue insaaniat k darjay se bhi girjatay hain . Hope you’re enjoying your two mins of fame. Just because I am an actress doesn’t mean my name can be dragged through the mud.”

“Shame on you for spreading baseless allegations and insinuations about someone you know nothing about & even bigger shame on people who believe this bullshit. This just shows the sickness of our society that laps up this gutter journalism without any thought. But this stops & it stops now! I won’t allow anyone to defame my name,” said Hayat.

Sajal Ali wrote on Twitter, “It is very sad that our country is becoming morally debased and ugly; character assassination is the worst form of humanity and sin.”

Ushna Shah wrote a satirical tweet, “This guy isn’t entirely wrong, they were making videos of politicians.. They are actually assassins disguised as actresses. Forget seduction, they wear stealth suits under their shalwar-kamiz, speak 12 languages, move like ninjas, are trained in Krav-Maga & were sent by Putin.”
