Tamgha-i –Imtiaz recipient actress Mehwish Hayat shared a video of her sister singing a cover of an official sound track (OST) of a drama serial. She urged her fans to give it a try.
Mehwish’s sister, Afsheen Hayat, released the song “Yaad Yaad” from the drama “Jalan” on her YouTube channel.
Hayat posted her sister’s cover on Instagram with a caption, “Really loving this cover that my sister has done”.
Afsheen Hayat is very active on social media and keeps updating TikTok videos and songs for her fans on her Instagram account but has so far remained unable to bag much appreciation.
Afsheen Hayat had initially released a video of her cover ‘Tum Hi Aana’ from Bollywood movie ‘Marjawan’ nearly eight months ago.
Apart from singing, Afsheen keeps an interest in makeup and shares videos of beauty tips and makeover tutorials.
However, Afsheen’s song “Yaad Yaad” was not well received by fans and mostly came up with complimenting her style and makeup rather than her voice and singing skills.
Despite her sister being in a struggling mood in her singing career, Mehwish is ruling the entertainment industry of Pakistan and being loved by her fans the most.
Mehwish Hayat is a Pakistani film and television actress who is recognized for her roles in movies including “Actor in Law”, “Punjab Nahi Jaongi”, “Load Wedding”, and “Chhalawa”.
She also won the Lux Style Awards in 2019 and was conferred Tamgha-i-Imtiaz for her services to the country in the same year.
