MUMBAI: The revelations of a conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar have shaken Bollywood as he revealed more names of celebrities including Shradhha Kapoor and Shilpa Shetty during the investigation into Rs2 billion money laundering case.
In the previous revelations which led to the action of the investigators, Jacqueline Fernandez and Nora Fatehi had received expensive gifts from the conman. Sukesh Chandrashekhar told Enforcement Directorate (ED) that he was in touch with several Bollywood personalities.
After being quizzed by ED, Jacqueline Fernandez said that Sukesh Chandrashekhar told her that he belonged to a political family, owned Sun TV and wanted her to feature in films produced by him, according to Hindustan Times.

The report said that the investigators are now looking into the matter of whether these Bollywood personalities were the conman’s target or whether they share any connection with Sukesh.
The conman has reportedly told the ED that he knew Shradhha Kapoor since 2015 and even helped her in an NCB case besides claiming for planning to co-produce his next movie ‘Captain India’ starring Kartik Aryan.
He reportedly contacted Shilpa Shetty for Raj Kundra’s conditional release when he was sent to jail in connection with a porn racket case.
Sukesh Chandrashekhar is a conman who used to call people using a spoofing app, impersonating government officials, whereas, the Rs2 billion money laundering took place when he was in Rohini jail in connection with his previous cases.
The conman’s aide Pinky Irani had also been arrested who revealed that Sukesh Chandrashekhar paid her a lot of money to get introduced to Jacqueline Fernandez.
